Processing tanks
Heating, cooling and mixing in jacketed stainless steel tanks. Every batch is weighed and recorded.
Vacuum homogenisation
Creams and emulsions are homogenised under vacuum. No air bubbles, long shelf life.
Automatic filling
Rotary filling machine; jars, bottles and tubes. Fill weight tolerance ±1 g, with in-line weight checks.
Capping and labelling
Torque-controlled capping, automatic labelling, batch number and expiry date printing.
Packing and dispatch
Automatic cartoning, case packing and palletising. Each pallet is dispatched with a delivery note and analysis report.
