The ingredient information on the product pages is for promotional purposes. Our herbal products are not medicines; they must not be used to diagnose or treat diseases. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication regularly, consult your doctor before use.

The shipping fee is ₺0, and shipping is free for orders with a cart total of ₺1,000 or more after coupon discounts (before any payment-method discount). The total amount payable, including taxes, is displayed before you confirm your order. Shipments are made with PTT Kargo or DHL eCommerce.

• Payment is taken by credit or debit card using 3D Secure authentication. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
• Bank transfer / EFT: If the Buyer wishes, they may pay the order amount by bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account shown on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation email, entering the order number in the reference field. If the payment does not reach the Seller’s account within 48 hours, the order is cancelled and the Buyer is not charged. Products are dispatched after the payment reaches the Seller’s account.
• Payment method discounts: At the rates valid when the order is placed, a discount of 5% for bank transfer, 0% for card payment and 0% for pay on delivery is applied to the product amount (after any coupon discount; excluding the shipping fee and the pay on delivery service fee). A method with a 0% rate has no discount. The applied discount is shown separately in the order summary and in the order confirmation email.
• Pay on delivery: If the Buyer wishes, they may pay the order amount to the courier upon receiving the product, in cash or by credit card (using the courier’s POS terminal). The pay on delivery service fee is ₺0 and is added to the order total; pay on delivery is available for orders of ₺15,000 or less. For pay on delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery; orders that are not accepted on delivery are cancelled, and the Buyer is not charged. Refunds for purchases made using pay on delivery are issued by bank transfer to the account specified by the Buyer.
• Products are dispatched to the delivery address via PTT Kargo or DHL eCommerce after payment is confirmed (or after the order is confirmed for pay on delivery orders).
• Delivery must take place within 30 days of order confirmation. Target dispatch time: 1–2 business days

You may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Simply send your withdrawal notice to bilgi@esilamarket.com. The amount you paid will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of your notice.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose packaging has been opened and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (creams, oils, herbal pastes, teas and other food/cosmetic products), or to perishable products. Details: Returns and Withdrawal Terms.

In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for amounts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Court for amounts exceeding those limits.

By confirming your order, you electronically confirm that you have read this form and received pre-contractual information on the main characteristics, sale price, payment method and delivery of the products you are ordering. This form and the Distance Sales Contract will be sent to you with your order confirmation email.
