How do you earn points?
For every order you place as a member, you earn 1 points for each 1 ₺ you pay. Points are added to your account when your payment is confirmed.
How do you use points?
Simply enter the number of points you want to use at checkout. 10 points give you 1 ₺ off; you can pay the full product total with points.
How long are points valid?
Each point is valid for 1 year from the date you earn it. When you spend points, those closest to expiry are used first.

Can you earn points without joining?
No. Points are linked to your account, so you cannot earn or use them on guest orders. Joining is free and takes one minute.
Can you pay for shipping with points?
Points are deducted only from the product total; they do not apply to shipping charges. The free shipping threshold is calculated using the product total after any coupon discount.
Can you use a coupon and points together?
Yes. The coupon discount is applied first, then your points are deducted from the remaining product total.
What happens if you cancel or return your order?
The points you spent on the order are restored to your account, and the points you earned from that order are deducted.
Where can you see your points?
On the My Account page, you can see your current balance, the points you earned and spent on each order, and any points nearing expiry.
Can points be exchanged for cash or transferred?
No. Points can only be used for discounts on purchases at esilamarket.com and cannot be transferred to another account.
Can the programme terms change?
Esila may change the programme terms with advance notice. Points earned before any change retain their value.
