1.Parties
This contract is concluded between Abdurahman Muslu (“Esila”) and the user who creates an account through esilamarket.com (“Member”) upon confirmation of the membership form.
2.Account and security
- The Member acknowledges that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
- The Member is responsible for keeping their password confidential; if they notice an unauthorised transaction on their account, they must notify Esila immediately.
- The account is personal and non-transferable. Esila may temporarily suspend the account if misuse is suspected.
3.Orders
Membership is not required to shop. Each order placed through an account is also subject to the provisions of the Distance Sales Contract and the Pre-contractual Information Form.
4.Esila Puan
You earn 1 points for every 1 ₺ spent on fully paid orders; 10 points are worth 1 ₺ and are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Points earned on cancelled or returned orders are deducted. Points cannot be converted to cash or transferred. For details, see the Esila Puan page.
5.Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) Information Notice and the Privacy Policy.
6.Termination of membership
You may terminate your membership at any time by writing to bilgi@esilamarket.com. Records subject to statutory retention requirements are retained for the required period. Esila may terminate your membership if you breach this agreement.
7.Changes
Esila may update this agreement; the current version is published on this page, and you will be notified of significant changes at your registered email address.
