Product Description
Esila Calendula Cream takes its name from the calendula flower extract in its ingredient list. Calendula belongs to the daisy family and is known for yellow and orange flowers, with petals arranged around a central flower head. The botanical ingredient used here comes from the flowers. Esila has been preparing herbal products in Hatay İskenderun for 30 years. This cream also contains butter, beeswax and petroleum jelly.
The ingredients are listed in this order: calendula flower extract, butter, beeswax and petroleum jelly. Butter is a dairy ingredient made by churning cream and generally has a firmer consistency when kept cool. Beeswax is the material bees use to build honeycomb and is solid at room temperature. Petroleum jelly has a semi-solid, slippery texture. Creams generally have a thick, spreadable consistency rather than the flowing texture of liquid products.
