Artichoke leaf is joined by endive, fumitory, oat extract, khella seed, flax seed, black cumin, thyme, rosemary and turmeric in this ten-ingredient herbal tea. Its ingredients span leaves, seeds and aromatic herbs. Thyme and rosemary are widely recognised for their herbaceous aromatic character. This tea is offered by Esila, a brand that has prepared herbal products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years.
The botanicals for Esila Artichoke Herbal Tea Blend are gathered in Hatay and Anatolia. They are dried in the shade, with sorting carried out by hand. Packing is also done by hand. This natural tea blend contains only dried botanicals, with no flavourings or colourings added. Each pack contains 45 x 2 g, giving a total of 90 g of herbal tea.
Serve this artichoke herbal tea blend in a ceramic cup or a glass as part of a tea break or a gathering around the table. Read the label before use. For serving, place your cups and teapot on a tray, with a small saucer beneath each cup. The tea can be served on its own; for a larger gathering, set the tray on a separate serving table.

Put a tea bag or a teaspoon of the dried herb in a cup, pour over hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes. For green and white teas, water at 80 °C and 3 minutes are enough.
