Esila Cherry Stem Tea contains cherry stems and hibiscus in a pack of 20 tea bags. The blend uses the slender stalks that connect cherries to the branch rather than the cherry fruit. Hibiscus is widely known in herbal infusions for its tart taste and red tones. Cherry stems come first in the ingredient list, followed by hibiscus. The two-botanical blend is supplied in tea bags for brewing in a cup.
Esila prepares this natural tea with botanicals gathered in Hatay and Anatolia. The plants are dried in the shade, and sorting is carried out by hand. The dried botanicals are also placed in their bags and packed by hand. Only dried cherry stems and hibiscus go into the blend, with no flavourings or colourings. Put a tea bag or a teaspoon of the dried herb in a cup, pour over hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes. For green and white teas, water at 80 °C and 3 minutes are enough.
