Esila Winter Tea is a 13-ingredient blend of linden, ginger, sage, rose hips, marshmallow flower, cinnamon, cloves, turmeric, galangal, hibiscus, chamomile, thyme and mint. Herbal teas commonly use the flowering parts of linden and the underground rhizome of ginger. This ingredient list spans flowers, leafy herbs, fruit and spices: rose hips are the fruit of roses, while marshmallow and chamomile contribute floral ingredients. The pack contains 45 x 2 g, totalling 90 g.
The botanicals for this natural tea blend are gathered in Hatay and Anatolia. They are dried in the shade, sorted by hand and packed by hand. The blend contains only dried botanicals, with no flavourings or colourings. Its ingredients include linden and marshmallow flower alongside ginger, cinnamon and cloves, as well as leafy herbs such as sage and mint. Put a tea bag or a teaspoon of the dried herb in a cup, pour over hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes. For green and white teas, water at 80 °C and 3 minutes are enough.
