Product Description
This Esila herbal tea blends celery seed, sweet flag, immortelle, willowherb, yarrow, horsetail and hibiscus. The celery ingredient is the seed, also used as a culinary spice and known for its pronounced aromatic character. Hibiscus is commonly associated with tart notes in herbal infusions. Rather than a single-botanical tea, this is a blend of seven ingredients: celery seed and willowherb give the product its name, while the other five botanicals complete the ingredient list.
The botanicals in this natural blend are gathered in Hatay and Anatolia. They are dried in the shade, sorted by hand and packed by hand. The blend contains only dried botanicals, with no flavourings or colourings. Its preparation includes manual sorting as well as manual packing, alongside the shade-drying stage. Esila offers this tea with 30 years of experience preparing botanical products in İskenderun, Hatay.
