A rosehip tea bag can be steeped in hot water in a cup. Serve it in a porcelain cup or a glass tea tumbler, according to your table setting. Rosehip infusions are generally known for their tart character; plain biscuits or savoury pastries are possible accompaniments. Fruit cake is another option for a sweeter pairing. The tea can also be served on its own, with a cup and a pot of hot water.
