Product Description
Esila Mistletoe Tea takes its name from mistletoe, a plant that grows on the branches of trees. Mistletoe is recognised for its evergreen leaves and the rounded clusters it forms among branches. Known as ökse otu in Turkish and الهدال in Arabic, it is the botanical named in this herbal tea. Esila has been preparing herbal products in Hatay İskenderun for 30 years.
The botanicals for this natural product are gathered in Hatay and Anatolia. They are dried in the shade, sorted by hand and packed by hand. Only dried botanicals go into Esila Mistletoe Tea, with no flavourings or colourings included. From gathering to packing, its preparation centres on the plant material itself: shade drying comes before the hands-on work of sorting and filling each pack.

Put a tea bag or a teaspoon of the dried herb in a cup, pour over hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes. For green and white teas, water at 80 °C and 3 minutes are enough.
