Esila Carob and Pollen Powder Blend contains carob powder and pollen alongside flours, spices, cocoa and seeds. Carob comes from the long, dark pods of the carob tree, which grows around the Mediterranean. Powder made from the fleshy part of the fruit is known in cooking for its sweet character and is used in baking and desserts. Here, the ingredient list also includes cinnamon, oat flour, soybean flour, cocoa, flax seed, mustard seed and coriander.
