Product Description
Esila Red Ginseng Paste comes in a 420 g pack and includes ginseng root. The root is the part of the ginseng plant used in this recipe, alongside ferula root. Nettle seeds, flax seeds and black cumin are also included, as are royal jelly and pollen. Esila has prepared botanical products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years. This paste combines roots and seeds with honey, molasses and spices.
This paste is prepared with a base of honey, grape molasses and carob molasses, and contains no preservatives. Rather than using just one type of molasses, the recipe includes both grape and carob varieties, together with honey. As ingredients, honey is commonly associated with floral notes, grape molasses with fruity depth, and carob molasses with toasted flavour notes. Saffron and coconut are also included in the recipe.
