Esila Fennel Tea comes in 20 tea bags, each containing 2 g, with a total net weight of 40 g. Fennel is an aromatic plant recognised by its fine leaves and yellow flowers. It is generally associated with an anise-like fragrance and a gently sweet flavour. Beyond tea, fennel also has a place in cooking, including breads and pastries. Here, it is presented in tea bags suitable for brewing in a cup.
The botanicals for this tea are gathered in Hatay and Anatolia. They are dried in the shade, sorted by hand and also packed by hand. Esila Fennel Tea is a natural product containing only dried botanicals, with no flavourings or colourings. The tea comes from Esila, a brand that has been preparing botanical products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years.

Put a tea bag or a teaspoon of the dried herb in a cup, pour over hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes. For green and white teas, water at 80 °C and 3 minutes are enough.

Prepare fennel tea by placing the tea bag in a cup and adding hot water. The bag holds the botanicals, so a separate tea strainer is not needed. When serving at a shared table, arrange the cups on a tray and place the pastries on a separate serving plate.
