This Esila herbal tea contains fennel, anise, cumin, mint, oregano, rosemary, black seed and frankincense. Fennel belongs to the parsley family and is widely known in cooking for its dried fruits, commonly called seeds. Its familiar aromatic profile has sweet, anise-like notes. Alongside fennel and anise, the blend includes herbs known for their aromatic leaves, such as mint, oregano and rosemary. The product comes in a 45 x 2 g pack format, totalling 90 g.

Put a tea bag or a teaspoon of the dried herb in a cup, pour over hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes. For green and white teas, water at 80 °C and 3 minutes are enough.
