Ginger tea can be served alongside plain biscuits or savoury crackers at the tea table. Ginger's generally spicy character pairs well with these simple accompaniments. For an individual setting, use a cup with a small plate beside it; for a shared table, arrange a teapot and cups. If you would like to offer another flavour, serve lemon slices separately so each guest can choose whether to add them or leave the tea plain.
