Esila Honey and Ginger Herbal Paste (Plus Series) contains honey and ginger alongside spices, botanical ingredients and seeds. The part of ginger used in cooking is its underground rhizome, known for a pungent, spicy character that appears in both sweet and savoury recipes. Honey is a familiar partner for ginger in sweet preparations. This Plus Series paste comes in a 420 g pack and also includes mulberry molasses.
This paste is prepared with a honey and mulberry molasses base and contains no preservatives. Alongside ginger and galangal, the ingredients include Syrian juniper, licorice extract, sage, hibiscus, turmeric and eucalyptus oil. Black seed, mustard seed, flaxseed and nettle seed make up its seed ingredients. Cinnamon and cloves are also part of the recipe. In cooking, cinnamon is known for its warm, woody aroma, while cloves have a pronounced spicy scent; both are familiar ingredients in sweet recipes.
