Product Description
Esila Ginkgo Biloba Paste comes in a 420 g pack and includes ginkgo biloba leaf. Ginkgo is a tree recognised by its fan-shaped leaves, the part used in this paste. The botanical ingredients also include black seed, nettle seed, valerian root, lemon balm, fennel and rosemary, alongside French lavender, St. John’s wort, hops, sage, lavender and styrax. Esila has been preparing herbal products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years.
This paste is made with a grape molasses and honey base and contains no preservatives. Grape molasses accounts for 60% of the ingredients, with honey and pollen also included in the recipe. In cooking, grape molasses is associated with concentrated fruit sweetness, while honey can bring floral notes. Both ingredients are used as sweet bases in traditional pastes; here, they accompany ginkgo leaf and the other botanical ingredients.
