Product Description

Esila Hazelnut Oil is a plant oil made from hazelnuts, available in a 50 ml size. Hazelnut oil comes from the kernel inside the hard shell. Hazelnuts grow on trees or shrubs, and the kernel used to make oil is the seed of the fruit. In the kitchen, whole or ground hazelnuts appear in pastries, desserts and savoury recipes, where they are known for their nutty character.

This natural hazelnut oil is cold-pressed at Esila's own facility in Hatay, with no heat applied during pressing. It is additive-free and made from hazelnuts alone. No other plant oils, preservatives or fragrance are added, leaving hazelnut oil as the sole ingredient. Esila has been preparing plant-based products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years and carries out the pressing of this oil at its own facility.

Hazelnut oil is used in salad dressings, vegetable dishes and accompaniments for bread. In cooking, it is often chosen for recipes that call for a nutty note. Dressings made with vinegar or lemon are familiar examples, paired with leafy salads, cheese or fruit. Hazelnut's well-known pairing with chocolate and pastry also offers ideas for sweet recipes, with the choice of oil guided by the recipe's ingredients.
