Product Description
Flash Form Mixed Herbal Paste is an Esila paste made with a combination of botanical ingredients rather than a single herb. Its ingredients include sandarac gum and tragacanth, alongside heather, bay and myrtle leaves and juniper seeds. Sandarac is a tree resin, while tragacanth is a gum obtained from Astragalus species. Leaves, seeds and gums represent different groups within the blend. Esila has been preparing herbal products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years.
Esila Flash Form Mixed Herbal Paste contains no preservatives. Esila herbal pastes are prepared with a honey and/or molasses base. Alongside herbs, this paste's ingredient list includes orange and pomegranate molasses. Orange is generally associated with a citrus aroma, while pomegranate molasses is known for its tart character. Fennel and anise share familiar aromatic notes; rosemary and thyme are known for sharper herbal scents. These are the general sensory characteristics of the individual ingredients.

Read the label before using the paste from its 420 g pack. Herbal pastes generally have a thick, spreadable consistency that suits presentation in small serving dishes. A plain ceramic dish on a linen tablecloth, with a teacup alongside, is one way to arrange the table. A light-coloured dish makes the paste's texture visible. Keeping the product packaging beside the serving dish also keeps its name and ingredient list available to read.
