Familiar in the kitchen sliced or mashed, avocado is also a fruit used for oil production. Avocado is the raw material for this product.

Avocado oil is the only ingredient, with no oils from other plants blended into it. This additive-free oil contains no added preservatives, and no fragrance is added to scent it. In general cooking, avocado oil is used in salad dressings and cold preparations. Oil-based dressings can include lemon juice or vinegar, while herbs and spices shape the aroma and flavour of the recipe. Chopped vegetables, leafy salads and grain salads are common settings for these dressings. The dressing ingredients can be mixed in a separate bowl and served alongside the salad in a small dressing dish. Read the product label before use.
