Mulberry Syrup 50 ml

Esila Mulberry Syrup is a fruit syrup available in a 50 ml pack. Mulberries grow on trees and are recognizable by their clusters of small, closely joined segments. Depending on the species, the fruit can range from white to deep purple. Eaten whole as well as used in cooking, mulberry gives this syrup its name. Esila has been preparing herbal products in Hatay İskenderun for 30 years.

In Anatolian cooking, mulberries are eaten whole or dried, and also made into preserves and molasses. Ripe mulberries are generally known for their sweetness, while some varieties have tart notes. Whole fruit appears on fruit platters, and dried mulberries can be included in mixes with walnuts and hazelnuts.
