Product Description
Esila Mallow Tea is a herbal tea made from the mallow plant. Mallow is recognised by its rounded, lobed leaves and flowers in shades of pink and purple. Its leaves also feature in Anatolian cooking, while the plant is brewed as a herbal infusion. This tea comes in a 20 x 2 g format, totalling 40 g. Esila has been preparing herbal products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years.
The botanicals used in Esila Mallow Tea are gathered in Hatay and Anatolia. After gathering, they are dried in the shade rather than laid out in direct sunlight. Sorting is carried out by hand, and the dried botanicals are also placed into their packs by hand. This natural herbal tea contains only dried plant material, with no added flavourings and no colourings.
Mallow is commonly prepared as a herbal infusion with hot water. Read the product label before preparing your tea. For serving, choose a glass cup that leaves the drink visible or a ceramic mug in a colour that suits your table. When serving guests, arrange the teapot and cups on a tray, with saucers and folded cloth napkins alongside them.

Put a tea bag or a teaspoon of the dried herb in a cup, pour over hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes. For green and white teas, water at 80 °C and 3 minutes are enough.
