Esila Ozone Oil is ozonated St. John’s wort oil, available in a 50 ml pack. St. John’s wort, botanically known as Hypericum perforatum, is a perennial plant. Its flowering parts have a place in traditional botanical oil preparation, where the flowers and flowering stem tips are used to make infused oils. Esila offers this ozonated oil as a brand that has been preparing botanical products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years.
St. John’s wort bears clusters of yellow flowers at the ends of its stems. Each flower has five petals surrounding numerous slender stamens. Small, oval leaves grow in opposite pairs along the stems. The plant generally flowers in summer and can be found in meadows, along roadsides and across open ground. Its branching stems, paired leaves and yellow flower clusters are familiar features in botanical illustrations. Before opening, the flower buds gather at the tips of the branches.
