Product Description

Esila Sesame Oil is a plant oil obtained from sesame seeds and offered in a 20 ml pack. Sesame is a flowering plant that carries its seeds in small pods. In Anatolian cooking, these seeds appear on simit and are ground to make tahini. They are used whole, as a paste and as oil across different dishes. Sesame seeds are generally known for their mild, nutty taste and their texture in baked goods.

Esila presses this sesame oil at its own facility in Hatay, using a cold-pressing process without applying heat to the seeds. Sesame oil is the only ingredient in this natural, additive-free product. No oil from another plant is added, and the oil contains no added preservatives or fragrance. The contents are sesame oil alone, rather than a blend of different oils, with production taking place at Esila’s own pressing facility.
