Product Description

Esila Grape Seed Oil is a plant oil obtained from the seeds inside grapes, available in a 50 ml pack. Grapes grow in clusters on vines and are familiar in the kitchen both as fruit and as raisins. In seeded varieties, the seeds sit within the flesh of the fruit. These seeds also serve as a raw material for plant oil production, including this Esila oil.

This natural oil is cold-pressed at Esila's own facility in Hatay, with no heat applied during pressing. It is made from grape seeds and contains just one ingredient: grape seed oil. No other oils, preservatives or fragrance are added. The oil is additive-free, with no added blend of other plant oils. Esila has prepared plant-based products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years and presses this oil in its own facility.

Grape seed oil is among the plant oils used in salad dressings and cold preparations. In these recipes, oil can be combined with vinegar or lemon juice, spices and chopped herbs. Parsley or dill can be chosen to suit the dish. Preparing the dressing in a separate bowl allows it to be served alongside the salad. These are general culinary uses of grape seed oil; read the product label before use.
