Product Description

Esila Safflower Oil is a plant oil available in a 250 ml pack. Safflower is an annual plant in the daisy family, known for flowers that range from yellow to orange. Its seeds, which develop within the flower heads, are the raw material used for oil production. Safflower flowers also have culinary uses, including adding colour to food, while the seeds provide the oil used in cooking.

Esila presses this safflower oil at its own facility in Hatay. The oil is cold-pressed, with no heat applied during pressing. Safflower is the sole plant ingredient: no other oils are blended into the product. It is natural and additive-free, with no preservatives or added fragrance. Its production centres on pressing without heat and keeping a single-ingredient composition, with the pressing carried out at Esila's own facility.

Safflower oil is among the plant oils used to prepare salads and dressings. Common culinary uses include dressings made with lemon juice or vinegar, as well as cold vegetable dishes. Seasonal vegetables, herbs and spices can provide the other ingredients for a salad. In these preparations, oil is a liquid component of the dressing; lemon or vinegar supplies tartness, while seasonings add their own flavours. Read the product label before use.
