Product Description

Esila Pumpkin Seed Oil is a plant oil obtained from pumpkin seeds and comes in a 250 ml pack. The seeds grow inside the pumpkin, nestled among the fibres in its central cavity. While pumpkin flesh is used in savoury dishes and desserts, its seeds also appear on breads, in salads and as snacks. Whole or chopped pumpkin seeds are familiar ingredients in baking and can be scattered over dishes when serving.

This natural, additive-free pumpkin seed oil is cold-pressed at Esila's own facility in Hatay, without applying heat during pressing. Pumpkin seed oil is its only ingredient. No other oils are blended in, no preservatives are added, and no fragrance is used to scent the oil. Esila has been preparing botanical products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years and carries out the pressing of this oil in its own facility.

It can also be drizzled over yogurt-based dips or cooked vegetables at serving time. Other familiar culinary uses include finishing hummus and adding oil to soup as it is served. A vinegar-based dressing can also be paired with cooked, cooled vegetables.
