Product Description

Esila Solid Coconut Oil is a plant oil available in a 210 ml size. Coconut oil comes from the white flesh inside the fruit’s hard shell. This is also the part commonly grated for use in tropical cuisines. In general, coconut oil becomes solid in cooler surroundings and can turn liquid as the temperature rises. Its texture can therefore vary with the temperature of the place where it is kept.

This natural coconut oil is pressed without heat at Esila’s own facility in Hatay. Coconut is the only plant ingredient used, and no other oils are blended into it. No preservatives or fragrance are added either. The result is an additive-free, single-ingredient coconut oil. Its production is defined by two concrete details: no heat is applied during pressing, and the oil is offered without a blend of additional ingredients.

In South and Southeast Asian cooking, coconut oil is commonly used in preparations ranging from vegetable dishes to rice recipes. It also appears in baking and desserts.
