Product Description

Esila Solid Coconut Oil comes in a 370 ml pack. Coconut is a tropical fruit with white flesh inside its fibrous outer covering, and coconut oil is obtained from that flesh. Coconut oil can become solid in cooler surroundings and liquid in warmer conditions, so its consistency generally changes with the temperature around it. The fruit's flesh is also used in cooking in grated and dried forms.

This natural coconut oil is cold-pressed at Esila's own facility in Hatay, with no heat applied during pressing. It is an additive-free, single-ingredient oil obtained from one plant. No other oils, preservatives or fragrance are added. Esila has prepared herbal products in İskenderun, Hatay, for 30 years. The ingredient list contains coconut oil alone, rather than a blend of oils from different plants or an oil with added fragrance.

Coconut oil is generally used in cookies, cakes and other baking recipes. Beyond coconut desserts, it also appears in vegetable dishes and sauces across different cuisines. Some dough recipes call for it in a solid state, while mixed preparations may use it as a liquid; the recipe determines which consistency to use. Recipes featuring grated coconut, cocoa and flour offer examples of its culinary uses. Read the product label before use.
